Due to the complexity of the fabrics of some products, additional processing time may be required and therefore delivery times may be extended, especially during working holidays for courier services.

Transportation process

• Processing time: Same day orders close at around 4pm and orders are usually processed within 1 working day, in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 2 working days.

• International delivery time: After the order is processed, the parcel is expected to reach Malaysia/Singapore Customs within 3-7 working days, the same time for international delivery.

• Local delivery time: Local shipping receives the package and delivers it to the customer in 1-3 days.
