When shopping at D2 Concept Store, please make sure that the details of your purchase are accurate, including size, color, quantity and any special requirements. D2 Concept Store does not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, returns or cancellations of orders once the transaction has been confirmed.

Customers are advised to double check their order details to ensure that they are in order before placing an order. All orders are considered final once the transaction is confirmed.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us via Instagram. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and unused, including unwashed, unworn or unaltered. If these conditions are not met, D2 Concept Store reserves the right to refuse the return.

For minor fabric damage, D2 Concept Store will reimburse in the form of store credit. If an exchange is required, all return shipping costs will be borne by the store.

### Out of Stock Processing

If a product is out of stock, you can choose from several options:

I) **Exchange:** Select an item of equal price for exchange, or make up the difference in price for an item of higher price. The difference below the original price is refundable as store credit.

II) **FULL STORE CREDIT REFUND:** The refund will be provided in the form of a store credit equal to the amount you paid.
